While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dizzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
